HB 438 Signed by the Governor
Thanks to the partnership between Texas Cancer Organizations, the Texas House Bill 438 for Oral Chemotherapy passed in the both the House and the Senate! This bill will require insurance companies to cover oral chemotherapy at the same level as intravenous chemotherapy. Thanks to everyone who supported this effort!.
